Foraging

Postby LouKy » Mon Feb 08, 2010 4:28 pm

I just found a really cool site on the APN. It's called eattheweeds. Go to youtube and look up Eattheweeds this guy has a boatload of great videos on what to look for and how to prepare. Best stuff I've found for foraging so far!

I know that during the spring or summer they have classes on wild edibles at the Jefferson Memorial forest, think this may be a field trip for those who would like to attend. I will post info when I find out for sure.

That sounds like a great class to take, kypatriot.

Thanks for the heads-up on videos, LouKy.
